Our client base primarily consists of members of industry superannuation funds with whom we have contractual arrangements (such as both QIEC Super and Club Super) and for this reason, My Super Future also trades as ‘QIEC Financial Planning’ and ‘Club Super Financial Planning’. We are also able to provide advice to any other client who may not be a member of these superannuation funds.

Intra-fund advice generally requires one phone appointment only and a written advice document will be provided via post or email.
Comprehensive advice can include the above Intra-fund topics together with more complex advice and is generally provided in a face-to-face appointment. We are able to provide this service over the phone to clients who are not located near our office. Our comprehensive advice can cover topics such as the following:
Comprehensive advice generally requires two face-to-face appointments. The first appointment is used to gather the relevant information to prepare the advice and the second appointment is used to explain the advice and strategy and assist to implement the advice provided.
My Super Future provides implementation services to all clients who require assistance with completing, lodging and following up paperwork to implement the advice we have provided.

If you choose to receive advice from us you will be given an estimated timeframe and the out-of-pocket cost involved (if any). To prepare a written ‘Statement of Advice’ document can take anywhere from a few days (for simple Intra-fund advice) or up to 6 weeks (for more complex comprehensive advice).

At My Super Future we aim to accommodate the needs of our clients as best we can.
Most of our appointments are held at our office located at Cathedral Square in Brisbane city. Our reception is located on Level 3 West Tower, 410 Ann Street, Brisbane, QLD, 4000. If you are driving into our office complimentary parking is available for you in the Secure Parking Cathedral Square car park (subject to availability) which is accessible from either Ann Street or Raff Street (off Turbot Street). On arrival, please take a parking ticket and we will validate the cost of your parking before you leave our office. Our office is also only a 5 minute walk from Central Station (towards Fortitude Valley).
Our Financial Planners are also prepared to travel to you if your personal circumstances mean that you are unable to attend our office in Brisbane. We also travel to regional areas such as Toowoomba, Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville and Cairns to provide advice. My Super Future operates on a ‘Fee for Service’ basis which means we are not permitted to receive any commissions or incentives associated with the advice provided or products that we recommend. Our fees are not driven by shareholder or company profit incentives and our Financial Planners receive a fixed salary with no bonuses or commissions payable for any product or performance related sales targets. Our advice is intended to meet the needs of our clients, not our needs or the needs of shareholders.
This service is generally fully subsided by the superannuation funds with whom we hold written advice agreements which means that members of these funds do not pay any out-of-pocket fees for general advice.

The initial consultation with one of our Financial Planners is provided free of charge to allow us to determine the need for advice and the cost associated with the advice required. Our clients are given the option to receive advice, and if so, a fee will be quoted and agreed upon during the initial consultation and before the commencement of any work. The fee will depend on the complexity of the advice being provided and can range anywhere from $220 - $3,300 (including GST).
If the advice is related to superannuation then this fee may be deducted from an eligible superannuation or income stream account. If the advice is not related to superannuation, the fee must be paid directly.
For members of superannuation funds with whom we hold advice agreements, part of the cost may be subsided and covered by the fund which will lead to lower out-of-pocket fees.
If you require assistance with the implementation of our advice or instruct us to implement on your behalf, we may charge an implementation fee. Our implementation fee starts from $55 (including GST) and will depend on the complexity of work involved. This fee cannot be deducted from a superannuation or income stream account.
